We held our 1st High School Mentoring and club photo day on Saturday, April 7th at Maria Carrillo High School.  It was our first gathering as a club since our March 10-11 tryouts. From 9-10:30am the 11th grade team put on a clinic for the 4th-6th grade academy and travel team players.   The 11th grade team ran the 4th-6th graders through some ball handling, passing, shooting and defensive drills.  The session was ended with some full court scrimmaging and a game of Thunder where the top two winner were given NCA t-shirts.

At the end of the 4th-6th session we held a club photo shoot with just about all NCA members (coaches, travel and academy players).  After the photo shoot the 11th grade team continued to show everyone that someday they would make great coaches as they put the 7th and 8th graders through a well coached skill development session.
